Hair must be in original packaging with tags attached. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we'll exchange it at no additional cost. For exchanges due to personal preference (texture, length, color), the product must meet all return conditions above, and the customer is responsible for any price difference and return shipping.
